หมวกทรงประพาส คือหมวกเครื่องยศรูปเป็นกลีบๆ มีชายปกข้างและหลัง เป็นหมวกที่พระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงพระราชทานแก่ข้าราชการตำแหน่งผู้ว่าราชการเมือง หรือหัวเมืองประเทศราชในสมัยรัตนโกสินทร์ตอนต้น.
