ชุดบวชนาค อุปสมบท จากภูมิภาคและชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆในไทย

The ordination ceremony (UPASAMPADA) in Thailand. The ordination ceremony or Buat Nak (บวชนาค) in the Thai language is, therefore, a very important rite of passage for Thai males. A Buddhist ordination ceremony is a rite of passage for entering the monastic order, with a pre-ceremony procession (like the Thai Hae Nak) often involving a festive parade before the formal rituals begin. Key steps include shaving the head, receiving robes and a bowl, and the candidate taking refuge in the Triple Gem (Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha) through a chanting ceremony. The ceremony is highly significant in Thai culture, where it is seen as a way to express gratitude to parents and for the man to pursue spiritual development.
