✦ Loy Krathong Festival to Be Upgraded as World Event 🪷 The Ministry of Culture is joining hands with various organizations to upgrade Loy Krathong, one of the most fascinating water-based cultural events in Thailand, as a world event to attract more international tourist arrivals. Loy Krathong Festival is an annual traditional Siamese festival celebrated by Thais to pay respect to the Goddess of Water and the Buddha.
